Another boutique lodge proposed for Greenville SC West Conclude

  • A Hilton-branded boutique lodge, luxurious apartments and two dining places could be coming to the West Stop of Greenville.
  • Developers say they are early in the design process and are concentrating initiatives on community meetings and layout overview.
  • The proposal comes as occupancy prices for downtown Greenville lodges have climbed.

Another boutique resort could be coming soon to downtown Greenville’s West Conclusion.

Spartanburg-based Pinnacle Partnership and Atlanta-centered Gateway Ventures are building a combined-use project at 319 Rhett Street and South Main Avenue in Greenville’s West Finish that would include luxury residences, a Hilton-branded boutique lodge, two dining places, and upgraded streetscaping.

The city’s Design and style Evaluation Board will have to approve the style for the venture to move forward.

“We are doing the job with professional and trusted partners to create a gorgeous multi-use project at 319 Rhett Street in Greenville,” Crystal Tempo, vice president of revenue and general public relations for Pinnacle Partnership, said in an email. “Our hope is to acquire this undeveloped and vacant internet site in the heart of the West Stop and produce it in a attractive and thoughtful way.”

The residence at 319 Rhett Avenue that would residence the hotel and household models has a paved great deal and an outdated building that at the time housed an industrial products supplier, although the more compact, adjacent house that fronts South Primary Road is vacant. The land is collectively valued at far more than $3 million, according to county land records.
